This model includes the Preheat Temperature Controller with three heat levels for precise thermal management, a new valve plunger with an integrated puck screen for streamlined brewing, and a detachable preheat cable for flexible use. The Flair 58 family offers two basket options: a chamfered low-flow 18g basket ideal for easier dial-in and compatibility with various grinders, and an optional straight-walled, high-flow 18g basket suited for commercial-style grinds.
