Dual Boiler System: Two high-grade 316L stainless steel boilers operating independently a 3.5-liter steam boiler (1,800W) and a 2.1-liter coffee boiler (900W). Each is managed by a precise electronic temperature controller (PID) to ensure thermal consistency.
Saturated Group Head: The coffee boiler and group are integrated into one large, thermally stable unit. Water is pre-heated in a heat-exchanger cross-flow system before entering the coffee boiler, ensuring near-brew temperature upon arrival.
Precise Pre-Infusion: Features a two-phase stepless progressive pre-infusion cylinder. The lever allows for manual infusion using mains pressure, followed by a gradual pressure build-up preventing channeling and maximizing flavor yield.
