The winner will walk away with the TIMEMORE LIMITED FESTIVAL RED C2 POUR OVER SET + SCAI Brewing Foundation course offered by The Specialty Coffee Academy of India.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The dice are rolled and the barista on stage needs to brew the coffee using the brewing method that shows up the dice.
Three baristas will compete at a time.
Things barista will be judged on – balance, complexity of the flavors and sweetness.
Best cup out of the three moves to the next round.
The competition will be a knockout style.
The contestants need to use the coffee provided by the organizer.
The baristas can use their own kettle, water and grinder however these will be provided at the event as well.
