RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. The baristas must use the following alcohols Jameson Whiskey, Absolute Vodka, Beefeater Gin and Jacobs Creek Wine which will be available at the venue.
2. The barista should bring all the ingredients, glass ware required.
3. The barista will be given 15 min to prep his/her station.
4. The barista can choose to use his/her own coffee and any brewing method, even cold brew.
5. Equipment provided: a. Professional espresso machine b. Grinder c. Blender d. Barista tools and accessories.
6. The barista can choose to use his/her own grinder, blender, brewing equipment and barista tools and accessories.
7. The barista will have 15 min to showcase, explain and prepare his/her coffee cocktail.
